Project Description:

The Coop at Farmers Market is a modern multifamily development in Houston that required advanced waterproofing solutions. Sunbelt installed fluid-applied air barrier membranes across the building envelope to provide energy efficiency and moisture protection. Joint sealants and fire-resistant joint systems were also integrated to maintain safety and long-term durability. The completed project combines contemporary design with reliable building envelope performance.
