Project Description:

Children’s Safe Harbor, a community-focused facility in Conroe, required high-performance waterproofing and protection systems. Sunbelt installed elevator pit waterproofing, damp-proofing, flashing, and joint sealants to ensure watertight construction. Thermal insulation was also added to improve energy efficiency and comfort. The completed project provides a secure, functional, and durable environment for the organization’s mission-driven work.
