Project Description:
Sunbelt was contracted to restore and extend the life of the 10700 North Freeway property, focusing on critical structural and protective upgrades. The project scope included extensive concrete repair to address deterioration, replacement of expansion joints to maintain structural movement, and the installation of vehicular traffic coatings to enhance durability of parking surfaces. These efforts improved safety for tenants and visitors while significantly extending the service life of the structure.
