Project Description:

Aspire A&M II is a new construction student housing development designed to provide a modern and durable living environment near Texas A&M University. Sunbelt’s scope included comprehensive waterproofing and protection systems to ensure the building’s longevity and performance. Below-grade and hot-applied waterproofing systems were installed to protect the foundation from moisture intrusion, while fire caulking, metal flashing, and joint sealants were carefully integrated to maximize life safety and building durability. Traffic coatings were applied to improve functionality and resilience in high-use areas. Through attention to detail and quality installation, Aspire A&M II was built with long-term performance and student comfort in mind.
