Project Description:

Sunbelt was selected to perform an extensive restoration at 1500 Line Avenue, addressing multiple façade elements. Work included replacing rotunda window and panel sealants, washing and coating stucco, and routing/sealing stucco cracks. The team also replaced brick-to-brick joint sealants, coated soffits, and pressure-washed brick and cast stone ledges. Additional improvements involved prepping and painting steel railings, columns, and handrails, as well as coating soffits under covered parking. The project delivered both aesthetic renewal and structural protection.
