Project Description:
At 1534 Elizabeth Avenue, Sunbelt provided a full exterior restoration to address weathering and joint deterioration. Scope of work included parapet cap splice sealant repairs, washing and coating stucco walls, and replacing stucco wall joint sealants. Crews also coated soffits, wet-sealed windows and metal splices, and prepped/painted hollow metal doors, handrails, and steel bollards. The project significantly improved the façade’s resilience while maintaining the property’s professional appearance.
