Project Description:

The Juan M. Alvarado Elementary School project was a ground-up construction effort for Southwest ISD. Sunbelt’s scope included air barrier installation, insulation systems, flashings, and sealants to protect the building envelope. These measures ensured the school’s new facility was constructed with durability, energy efficiency, and long-term performance in mind, providing a safe and effective learning environment for students.
