Shelton North/East Caulk
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Shelton is a high-rise condominium estate located at Luther Ln in Dallas. Our team here at Sunbelt was qualified to restore the life of this luxury condominium. Our scope for the building was to cut out existing precast joint sealants and re-caulk them. Updating the building has left it performing better than before against weathering.
