PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Avalon Dunes was a commercial restoration project completed by the Sunbelt team in Miramar Beach, Florida. As part of the restoration, we replaced the entire exterior wall coating system to refresh the building's appearance. Our team also replaced the window and door sealants to help protect against moisture intrusion and water damage. In addition, we completed various concrete and metal coating repairs and replacements to restore the property's appearance while improving its long-term durability. The result is a community that not only looks new but is also better protected against the elements, enhancing its overall quality and creating a more enjoyable environment for residents.
