PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS

At City Central in Plano, Texas, Sunbelt revived the building’s exterior and improved waterproofing. We removed old pavers, installed below-grade waterproofing, and replaced sidewalks to enhance both protection and pedestrian areas. Our crew also upgraded key wall flashings and drainage systems for long-term reliability, and window and wall improvements at the main entry to elevate the building’s overall appearance. Our work ensures the building is both protected and inviting for visitors and tenants alike
