As a General Laborer with Sunbelt Waterproofing & Restoration, LLC, you will support commercial and industrial restoration projects by performing a variety of manual labor tasks. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with some construction experience who are eager to grow their skills in waterproofing, restoration, and caulking trades. Safety, reliability, and teamwork are essential in this role.

Responsibilities
Perform manual labor tasks as directed, following verbal and written instructions.
Assist with the repair and replacement of sealants on commercial restoration projects.
Properly cut out and prepare surfaces for caulking and restoration applications.
Safely use equipment, materials, and tools required for construction tasks.
Maintain punctuality, consistent attendance, and adherence to project schedules.
Wear company-provided safety equipment at all times and follow Sunbelt safety standards.
Support project teams with setup, cleanup, and daily task completion.
Work in varying outdoor conditions, including at heights and in extreme temperatures.
Qualifications
6 months to 1 year of construction experience (commercial or industrial preferred).
Willingness and ability to perform strenuous physical labor.
Some knowledge of the proper use of construction equipment, materials, and supplies.
Knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions.
Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ pounds), walk/stand for long periods, and work in adverse field conditions.
Ability to safely operate tools and equipment.
Commercial or industrial caulking experience is a plus.
Reliable, dependable, and consistent attendance required.
