Sunbelt Waterproofing & Restoration, LLC is looking for dependable Commercial Roofers to join our team. We need people who show up ready to work, take direction, and take pride in doing the job right. You’ll work alongside our roofing crews to install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems while keeping safety, quality, and production on track.

Responsibilities
Assist with the installation and repair of commercial roofing materials.
Remove existing roofing systems and prepare surfaces for repair or replacement.
Learn and assist with the installation of EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing systems.
Use hand and power tools safely and as directed.
Assist with service and maintenance of existing roofing and sheet metal systems.
Move materials, organize tools, and keep job sites clean and free of hazards.
Follow directions from foremen and experienced crew members.
Meet company standards for safety, quality, and production.
Treat clients, coworkers, and others on site with courtesy and professionalism.
Additional Responsibilities - Skilled Commercial Roofers
Requires 2+ years of commercial roofing experience.
Complete roofing and service assignments as directed by the foreman.
Perform detailed installation, repair, and maintenance work.
Use roofing equipment, including hot-air welders and heat guns.
Assist and guide less experienced crew members.
Identify installation concerns and communicate them to the foreman.
Maintain consistent workmanship while supporting safe and efficient production.
Qualifications
6 months to 1 year of construction experience (commercial or industrial preferred).
Reliable transportation and punctual, dependable attendance.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work safely at heights.
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl as needed.
Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, and other challenging weather conditions.
Ability to understand instructions and communicate clearly with the crew.
Willingness to learn and use hand and power tools safely.
Follow all safety procedures, use required protective equipment, and maintain a clean work area.
Follow company quality standards and work procedures.
