Sunbelt Waterproofing & Restoration, LLC is looking for dependable General Laborers to join our Tennessee team. We need people who show up ready to work, take direction, and are willing to learn. This role supports our field crews with job site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and daily construction tasks. Construction experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and reliable transportation are a must.

Responsibilities
Perform manual labor tasks as directed, following verbal and written instructions.
Assist with the repair and replacement of sealants on commercial restoration projects.
Properly cut out and prepare surfaces for caulking and restoration applications.
Safely use equipment, materials, and tools required for construction tasks.
Maintain punctuality, consistent attendance, and adherence to project schedules.
Wear company-provided safety equipment at all times and follow Sunbelt safety standards.
Support project teams with setup, cleanup, and daily task completion.
Work in varying outdoor conditions, including at heights and in extreme temperatures.
Qualifications
6 months to 1 year of construction experience (commercial or industrial preferred).
Willingness and ability to perform strenuous physical labor.
Some knowledge of the proper use of construction equipment, materials, and supplies.
Knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions.
Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ pounds), walk/stand for long periods, and work in adverse field conditions.
Ability to safely operate tools and equipment.
Commercial or industrial caulking experience is a plus.
Reliable, dependable, and consistent attendance required.
