PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Surfside Condominium project in New Smyrna Beach focused on restoring and reinforcing key structural elements throughout the property. Our team removed and replaced existing columns and foundations, completed concrete restoration work, and installed new protective coatings to improve durability and long-term performance. The project also included selective railing removal and replacement to enhance safety and refresh the exterior appearance of the property. The finished restoration delivered a stronger, updated structure designed to improve both functionality and the overall look of Surfside Condominium.
