PROJECT DESCRIPTION
At the Metropolitan in Dallas, Sunbelt was on-site to restore the building's exterior and renew the beauty of these luxury high-rise condominiums. Our teams removed all existing sealants around the curtain wall and spandrel windows and replaced them with up-to-date sealant that is expected to hold and remain water-resistant to meet the needs of this complex, while maintaining its luxury look.
SCOPE OF WORK
Mobilize a rolling roof rig to the penthouse roofs to access each elevation
Remove all existing sealants from the curtain wall windows and spandrels
Clean and install new silicone sealant on all vision and spandrel windows
