PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Mayan Princess was a large-scale restoration project in which Sunbelt helped restore the property to its former appearance and long-term functionality. Our team replaced the balcony coating systems while completing extensive concrete spall repairs and mortar restoration to improve both the structural integrity and overall appearance of the building. Additional work included replacing handrails, applying protective metal coatings to walkways and balconies, and installing new balcony flashings to help protect the structure from future weather exposure. Sunbelt enhanced both the aesthetics and durability of the property, helping bring the Mayan Princess back to life while preserving it for the future.
