PROJECT DESCRIPTION

For the new parking garage at Lakewood Country Club, Sunbelt provides a range of protective systems that help guarantee the structure remains durable and dependable. A key part of the project focused on safeguarding the below-grade levels with waterproofing designed to prevent moisture from entering the underground parking area. In addition to below-grade waterproofing, our team installed a variety of waterproofing and firestopping systems throughout the garage, along with high-quality sealants to provide a clean, finished appearance. Together, these solutions help protect the structure from the elements while supporting its long-term reliability.
