PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This large-scale restoration project at Galleria Garage in Dallas was a significant undertaking for Sunbelt, involving extensive work across six parking garages. Our team completed widespread concrete repairs throughout the structures, including critical support areas, to restore strength and improve long-term durability. We also replaced barrier cables and rebuilt damaged stairwells to enhance overall safety and functionality. As a major restoration effort, the project focused on renewing heavily used infrastructure and extending its service life, helping ensure the garages continue to perform reliably for the public.

• Horizontal, Vertical, and Overhead Concrete Repairs – Six Parking Garages

• Double-T Structural Repairs (Stem, Beam, and Haunch Areas)
