College Station, Texas
Culpepper at TAMU

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Culpepper project at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas was a new construction build where the Sunbelt team delivered a full scope of building envelope, waterproofing and roofing systems. From below-grade waterproofing to roofing, air barriers, flashings and sealants, our team worked together to ensure the building was protected from top to bottom. Additional scopes such as traffic coatings, expansion control systems and firestopping were incorporated to support long-term durability, safety and performance.
