PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS

Located in Dallas, Canvas Hotel Dallas originally built in 1911 and transited to the hotel in 2019. Sunbelt restored key exterior elements to enhance durability while preserving the building’s original character. Our team completed brick repairs, rebuilt stone ledges and performed tuckpointing to strengthen the façade. We also replaced a total of 31 windows to improve functionality and carried out structural repairs to support the building’s performance. The result is a refreshed exterior that honors the building’s history while supporting its continued use.
