Todd Kaska brings over three decades of roofing expertise to Sunbelt Waterproofing & Restoration, LLC. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, he began his career in 1986 and steadily rose through the ranks, from roofer to CEO, across a variety of roles in the industry.

As Sunbelt Roofing President, Todd now leads the entire roofing division—guiding strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. He directs a dedicated leadership team, empowering estimators, project managers, superintendents, and field staff to deliver high-quality roofing solutions across Texas and beyond. His focus remains on both meeting clients’ immediate needs and building long-term, value-driven relationships.

Todd has managed projects spanning nearly every U.S. state and even the Caribbean, consistently delivering practical and sustainable roofing solutions. He also finds fulfillment in coaching and mentoring the next generation of professionals, helping them flourish in their careers.

He’s actively involved in the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) for over 20 years and remains engaged with the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA). Todd is especially passionate about sustainability in roofing—championing energy-efficient systems and recycling efforts industry-wide.

In his free time, Todd enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren, traveling, golf and hiking.
