Responsibilities

• Safely operate and work from boom lifts, scissor lifts, swing stages, scaffolds, ladders, bosun’s chairs (Sky Genie), and bucket trucks.

• Perform caulking with precision; achieve a clean, uniform, aesthetically correct joint at proper depth and width (80% of the time in one pass).

• Demonstrate and promote Sunbelt’s core values of safety, quality, and teamwork.

• Assist in training and mentoring Technicians.

• Meet or exceed industry-standard caulking production rates based on experience level.

• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

Work Includes (but not limited to)

• Caulking – Urethane, silicone, and other sealants across substrates such as brick, precast, and windows.

• Wet sealing (preferred but not required).

• Air Barriers – Fluid- and sheet-applied systems with associated accessories.

• Deck Coatings – Vehicular and pedestrian applications using urethane and epoxy.

• Wall Coatings – Acrylic elastomeric and silicone-based coatings.

• Concrete Work – Patching, repair, and sealing.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field experience in commercial or industrial construction.

• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.

• Comfortable working at heights, in varying temperatures, and while wearing required safety equipment.

• Strong multitasking skills in high-volume, fast-paced environments with firm deadlines.

• Certifications in fall protection, lift operation, or coatings a plus.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

• Valid driver’s license required.
