Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.

• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, operate equipment / machinery, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).

• Base knowledge of construction documents and plans.

• Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced work environment with firm deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project superintendent to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities daily.

• Coordinate and execute specified production schedule, ensuring quality control throughout the process.

• Manage and control labor, material and consumable usage on assigned projects.

• Manage company assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.

• Follow, enforce and adhere to safe work practices and risk management guidelines.
