Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks as directed, following verbal and written instructions.

• Assist with the repair and replacement of sealants on commercial restoration projects.

• Properly cut out and prepare surfaces for caulking and restoration applications.

• Safely use equipment, materials, and tools required for construction tasks.

• Maintain punctuality, consistent attendance, and adherence to project schedules.

• Wear company-provided safety equipment at all times and follow Sunbelt safety standards.

• Support project teams with setup, cleanup, and daily task completion.

• Work in varying outdoor conditions, including at heights and in extreme temperatures.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of construction experience (commercial or industrial preferred).

• Willingness and ability to perform strenuous physical labor.

• Some knowledge of the proper use of construction equipment, materials, and supplies.

• Knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions.

• Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ pounds), walk/stand for long periods, and work in adverse field conditions.

• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment.

• Commercial or industrial caulking experience is a plus.

• Reliable, dependable, and consistent attendance required.
