Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with scheduling, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.

• Assist with coordinating materials, equipment, subcontractors, and crew to ensure timely completion of work.

• Attend pre-construction, progress, and close-out meetings with owners, general contractors, consultants, and internal staff.

• Review and learn to interpret project plans, specifications, and details.

• Support field teams by tracking progress, monitoring safety compliance, and assisting with quality control.

• Submit daily reports and maintain accurate project records through Sunbelt’s reporting systems.

• Work with Project Managers to help prepare budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, and schedules.

• Gain exposure to Sunbelt’s specialized service areas, including waterproofing, façade restoration, and commercial roofing.

Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management software is a plus.

• Willingness to learn technical aspects of building-envelope systems.

• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a team environment.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred, but not required.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Ability to climb ladders and safely work at heights (safety equipment provided).

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

• Trustworthy, reliable, and ethical behavior.
