Travis began his career in 2015 after graduating from Texas State University with a B.S. in Concrete Industry Management. With an early interest in concrete and masonry restoration, he quickly developed expertise in waterproofing and façade repair — laying the foundation for a career built on technical knowledge and a passion for protecting the built environment.

Over nearly a decade in the industry, Travis has grown from field-level operations to division leadership, building strong client relationships and guiding teams through complex restoration and waterproofing projects. Since stepping into the role of Central Texas Division Manager, he has played a key role in expanding Sunbelt’s presence in the region, leading multi-million-dollar projects across commercial, multifamily, higher education, and healthcare markets.

In his current role, Travis oversees all aspects of Sunbelt’s services within Central Texas — from preconstruction and estimating through field execution and project closeout. Supported by a dedicated team of estimators, superintendents, and project managers, he ensures Sunbelt’s reputation for quality workmanship, safety, and customer-first service remains consistent across every jobsite.

Outside of work, you can often find Travis outdoors with his wife and their two young sons — whether camping, fishing, or enjoying time together in the Texas Hill Country.
