Colby brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry to Sunbelt Waterproofing & Restoration, LLC. He earned his Associate Degree in Fire Science from Louisiana State University and later completed his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Phoenix.

His career spans multiple facets of construction, including residential, light commercial, and large-scale high-rise restoration projects. This diverse background gives Colby a unique perspective on problem-solving and project delivery, making him a valuable leader within the Sunbelt team.

As Houston Division Manager, Colby leads operations across the region, instilling Sunbelt’s mission, professionalism, and customer-first culture in every project. Supported by his estimators, superintendents, and project managers, he ensures Sunbelt’s high standards of quality and service are consistently met for all Houston-area clients. Known for his strong leadership and relationship-building skills, Colby is dedicated to growing Sunbelt’s presence in one of the most competitive markets in the country.

Outside of work, Colby enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and son.
