Beginning in the early 2000s, Calvin built his career in the waterproofing and restoration industry from the ground up, guided by strong mentors and a drive to learn every aspect of the business. Over the past two decades, he has faced challenges, celebrated successes, and developed into a leader passionate about the profession, the future of the industry, and—most importantly—the clients and teammates he serves.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Sunbelt Waterproofing & Restoration, LLC, Calvin continues to shape the company’s vision and growth while fostering a culture of quality, integrity, and service. He is deeply committed to mentoring and empowering the next generation of industry professionals, ensuring that Sunbelt’s team is equipped not just to deliver successful projects, but to build long-term careers.

Outside of the Sunbelt family, Calvin credits his wife and three children for grounding and inspiring him. He enjoys the challenges and joy that family life brings and considers them the foundation of his success.
