PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The West Star Tower is the first skyscraper above 300 feet in El Paso. The building is 20 stories in total and has 262,000 Square Feet of class A+ office space. The tower was a new construction and required hot applied waterproofing, below grade waterproofing, garage level, as well as pedestal pavers for elevated balconies. The high rise was completed
