PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Urby Dallas is a new construction located in the design district in Dallas, Tx. The apartment high-rise consists of 27 stories with 383 luxury units. The building is set to open in summer of 2024 and consists of a 10,000 SF courtyard with a pool, café, and dog park. Working alongside Moss & Associates, we are tasked with below grade waterproofing, traffic coating in high frequency areas, elevator pit waterproofing, air barrier, and building sealants.
