PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The building feature gold monolith windows which represented the gold jewelry Zale’s sold. The building was purchased by the former Mobil Oil corporation in 1981 and did a remodel which consisted of bronze glass and installation of the two iconic Mobil Pegasus flying horse signs at the top of the roof. The property was sold to J. Small investments in 2015.
