PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Epic Central is a 172-acre park located in Grand Prairie, Texas. Inside the 172-acre park are two connecting hotels, six restaurant spaces, and recreation facilities including Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, PlayGrand Adventures, and much more. The park is aimed towards all age groups to enjoy recreation not far from home. Sunbelt continues to work in collaboration with Hill & Wilkinson to keep the job running smoothly. The new construction required below-grade waterproofing, below grade, blindside walls, post applied, hot-applied, air barrier, building, and site sealants.
