PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Bonaventure Condominiums is a 16-story, brick masonry multifamily condominium building located in Dallas, Texas. Sunbelt began construction in August of 2020 and completed the project in May 2022. Sunbelt worked closely with The Conley Group/ABBAE, Worth Ross Management, and the Bonaventure HOA Board to rbing the project in on Budget and on time. Although we faced many challenges over the last 21 months, the project team worked together to resolve any unforeseeable construction condition, as well as resolved all homeowner conditions.

SCOPE OF WORK
– Masonry Restoration
– Tuckpointing
– Masonry Cleaning
– Structural Steel Restoration & Replacement
– Wet-seal Curtainwall
– Install GE UltraSpan @ curtainwall perimeters and curtainwall metal expansion joints
– Remove/replace masonry sealants
– Replace damaged bricks
– Replace damaged/failed Insulated glass units
– Paint 1^st floor ferrous metals
– Replace weatherstripping on all sliding glass doors (350 each)
– Install PUMA Waterproofing at all balconies (350 each)
– Remove and replace balcony tile
– Repair concrete spalls at balcony soffits
– Install GE Optic (Clear silicone coating) to all brick surfaces (115,000 square feet)
– Slider track replacement
