Executive Bio
Jim Allison
Sunbelt Restoration President
Raised in a military family Jim learned early on the benefits of hard work dedication and loyalty. Joining the Marine Core straight out of high school at 17 enforced those principles to carry through his career. While in college in the early 1990s, Jim started his construction career by opening a small painting and pressure washer company in Jacksonville. This hands-on experience created knowledge of the different construction trades.
He also spent a short time at Benjamin Moore as a commercial industrial representative where he passed NACE 1,2, and 3. He later went on to start working with a major restoration company in the state of Florida, where he rose through the ranks and became a district manager. After 17 years of building his career and knowledge through hands-on experience, teaching, and consulting he went on to become a general contractor himself. In 2022 he became a licensed general contractor in Florida, Georgia, and Louisiana.
Now serving as the President for Sunbelt Restoration of Florida, Jim is working along with his team in Destin and Jacksonville to oversees all areas of Sunbelts services from field to office operations and is supported by our Estimators, Superintendents, and Field Project Managers to ensure that Sunbelts standard quality of work and customer care are consistent in all areas.
