As a member of Sunbelt Waterproofing & Restoration, LLC., you will be responsible for the performance of work within a particular work area and in accordance with generally accepted standards of the crafts. Carpenters, Bricklayers, Caulkers are encouraged to apply!
Qualifications
– 6 months to one year of construction experience
– Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions
– Some knowledge of the proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used in heavy construction work
– Some knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions
– Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions
– Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
– Ability to meet punctuality and attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
– Repair and replace sealants on commercial restoration projects.
– Commercial or industrial caulking experience is a plus
– Knowledge of cutting out and properly preparing surfaces
– Ability to always wear company safety equipment.
