PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Trend tower building Remediation in Rockwall, Texas is a restoration project of an existing building. Water intrusions were discovered in multiple areas of the building. Through an outstanding team of experience and determination we were able to successfully give ownership the piece of mind that water intrusions discovered were remedied. Through the entire scope of work conducted, Sunbelt gave the building ownership a performance that exceeded expectations through remediations and aesthetic upgrades.

– Wet seal all windows
– New perimeter sealant on all windows
– Traffic coat all balconies.
